Logimeter Click to Call: Dial Numbers from Web Pages in Chrome
The Logimeter Click to Call extension for Chrome allows users to easily dial any number from a web page without the need for integration. With this extension, users can simply highlight a number on a webpage and request a call to be made to it.
One of the main features of Logimeter Click to Call is the ability to connect the user's phone with the highlighted number. When the user presses 1 on their dial pad, the call is initiated and the two parties are connected. All calls made through this extension are recorded and can be accessed through the Logimeter web dashboard called xTracker.
This extension is particularly useful for teams working from home, as it provides metrics to measure team activity and allows users to listen to call recordings to monitor customer interactions. Additionally, there is no need for cellular contracts as the calls are made to the user's phone and all billing is done centrally. The Logimeter web dashboard also offers features such as activity tracking and post-call surveys.
